After you say, “I Do,” your cocktail hour will consist of included passed hors d’oeuvres selected by you and delivered by our exceptional staff members. Some of our most popular items include:  

  • Prosciutto & fig crostini with a balsamic reduction,  
  • Lamb meatballs with mushroom cream and rosemary, 
  • Shrimp lollipops featuring North Carolina shrimp with fresh remoulade 

The cocktail hour will also signal the opening of the bar, where guests can partake in wine, beer, spirits, and mocktails throughout the night. Later in the evening, you and your guests will enjoy a buffet, plated, or family-style dinner depending on your selection.  Late night snack options are also available such as truffle grilled cheese, sliders, or pizza, as well as the option to add on hot chocolate or apple cider bars. We even offer a s’mores bar for a sweet treat.
