Custom Luxury Weddings

For those seeking the ultimate mountain wedding experience, look no further than our Custom Luxury Wedding Package.

Best suited for medium to large-sized weddings and couples who are looking to get married on a weekend date. Catering, bar services and staffing are included in the venue package. Other vendors such as cake, florals, décor and entertainment are not included, allowing you to personalize your special day.

The couple can add on an overnight stay in the breath taking Ladyhawke Suite on the property while family or guests stay nearby at Bear Lake Reserve.

How long do we have access to the castle on our wedding day?

We only host 1 wedding per day. You will be royalty for the day with 12 hours of access to the Castle. This includes 6 hours for setup/getting ready and 6 hours for your ceremony and reception.

Does the package include time and space for my wedding party to get ready?

Yes! During the 6 hours of setup, your wedding party will have access to the Ladyhawke Suite & Knight’s Chamber to get ready. Add on a Private Suites Beverage Package to get the party started!

What other vendors should I consider hiring that are not included in the package?

The Custom Luxury Package allows you the flexibility to select some of the most personal elements of your wedding day on your own. Please see our preferred vendors list for recommendations.

This includes:

 

  • Wedding Planner (Minimum Partial Planning Services Required)
  • Photography and or videography
  • Wedding officiant
  • Florals, linens, and any specialty décor
  • Entertainment such as a DJ or live band
