GUIDED VIRTUAL TOUR
We understand that your schedule may not always allow for you to join us for an in-person tour. With that in mind, we’ve created this page so you can experience the unique charm of the Castle with a guided tour from a member of our team from wherever you are.
OVERNIGHT STAY
If you are a destination couple and need a little more time to plan your visit, we offer a Wedding Discovery Tour! This allows you and your partner to stay at Bear Lake Reserve for a discounted rate and tour Castle Ladyhawke.

What outside vendors should I expect to hire?
You may want to consider hiring a photographer, videographer, additional planning services, and hair & makeup artists. Ask us about our Preferred Vendors List for recommendations!
How long do we have access to the castle on our wedding day?
We only host 1 wedding per day. The Inclusive Wedding Package is an 8-hour rental, providing 3 hours for setup/getting ready and 5 hours for your ceremony and reception. For an additional fee, up to 2 additional hours may be added onto the front end for preparing in the Ladyhawke Suite & Knight’s Chamber.
Are we able to upgrade or customize our wedding day?
Yes! You may upgrade your cake, floral, décor, catering, and bar packages. Ask your venue coordinator what these additional fees and options may entail.
